Meditation Guide


Bree will help you find your seat as a meditator through guidance and freedom, providing traditional mantras (tools for contemplation) in each class to help students keep their focus inward. She will weave in her education and experience in emotional healing and self sabotage coaching into the class, supporting students as they connect with and activate their inner healer. Meditation with Bree is a sacred space for students to show up for themselves.
