Breath+Oneness Location

This program will be held at Breath+Oneness, a warm and inviting wellness center on the California coast in beautiful Capitola, CA. This charming beach town is a destination due to its cozy atmosphere, gorgeous scenery, fun shopping and delicious dining.

If you’re planning on coming from out of town, make this a fun extended weekend and stay in one of the nearby hotels for a mix of enjoying yourself while also learning and growing 🙌

  • The more condensed courses, which are Temple of Light and the 10-day intensive, work best for travelers from out of town. We are located in Capitola, CA, which serves as a beautiful location to travel to and stay while being immersed in this powerful work.

  • You do not. We have a large selection of premiere instruments you can practice on and play with. If you have personal instruments you would like to bring, please do, just know that it is not required for any of the courses.

  • Yes, there are many breaks, especially in the 10-day since it is so immersive. We have regular morning and afternoon pauses to refresh, as well as an hour lunch to nourish ourselves.

  • No you do not, you can be a complete beginner to everything we will cover. Sometimes it is even easier that way, since there are no habits to break or patterns to unwind. These courses are designed for beginners all the way to experienced professionals to learn and develop their craft.

  • Yes, absolutely. The ones that make the most sense to attend both are Temple of Light and one of the Ceremony of Sound options, either the 80 or 100-hour. Temple of Light has an emphasis on crystal bowl mastery while Ceremony of Sound can only cover the bowls for a very small amount of time. If you are very interested in the crystal bowls, Temple of Light is a great choice, while Ceremony of Sound is a much broader and deeper journey into Sound Healing.
