Yoga Appointment
With Juliana Zappitell
If you’ve ever felt lost, disconnected, or overlooked in a group yoga class, private sessions offer the focused support and guidance you’re needing.
Whether you're managing chronic pain, insomnia, stress/anxiety, physical injuries, or simply want to deepen your practice, therapeutic yoga provides a customized path toward balance and healing.
Each session begins with a brief check-in to explore your physical, emotional, or spiritual needs. From there, we co-create a personalized routine using a variety of tools—including gentle movement (asana), breathwork, meditation, sound healing, mantra, and more.
You'll receive one-on-one feedback, hands-on adjustments, and take-home practices you can use to refine your yoga routine, whether at home or in a studio setting.
Juliana uses her knowledge in yoga anatomy, philosophy, psychology, and nutrition to work with people holistically - connecting them back to the best version of themselves.
Juliana is a life-long learner. She has over 500 hours of yoga training, with specializations in yoga therapy, sound healing, & reiki. She teaches all styles - emphasizing the meditative and philosophical elements of the practice.
Having a somatic approach that integrates the body with the mind & spirit, Juliana completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Integrative Psychology during which she wrote a 50 page Research Thesis on the benefits of yoga for trauma. She also completed a certification in holistic health coaching at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to support people through healthy lifestyle changes.

Therapeutic yoga is not a substitute for medical care, but a holistic modality that works alongside other treatments to support your overall well-being. Many clients report better sleep, reduced tension, improved mood, and a stronger sense of connection after just a few sessions. This is your space to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with guidance tailored just for you.
