Perhaps you’ve heard the phrase “Life is but a dream.”. This workshop will introduce you to why this statement rings true from a deeply soulful and symbolic level. We all dream when we sleep - whether we remember or not - and the power of the dream is there, no matter what your current relationship to your dreams looks like. To understand the message of our dreams, we simply need to cultivate the intention to listen.
This experience will provide you the basics of why we dream and how working with the Tarot can be an incredible tool to: recall your dreams, reconnect to the symbolic messages in your waking life, and learn how truly interconnected we all are.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
● Opening ceremony: guided energetic practices & prayer
● Guided Dreaming meditation
● Journal prompts
● Introduction to the process of “dreamweaving” – creating a waking dream via the Tarot
● Introduction to the archetypal meaning of the Tarot and how to use it to cultivate intuition
● Introduction to the power of sharing dreams with your family, friends and peers
● Workshop time to work through multiple waking “dreams” with your fellow dreamers
● Closing meditation/prayer/intention for dream reconnection
***please bring a journal/ pen, an eye mask (optional) and water.
You do not need to have any knowledge of working with the Tarot OR remember your nighttime dreams to attend or work with your dreams in general. This practice helps you to create a waking dream to understand yourself on a deeper level

Having been a prolific dreamer since childhood, Serafina has leaned on the wisdom and guidance of her own dreams throughout her life for over 20 years now. Her curiosity (and dreams) led to her becoming a Certified Professional Dreamworker/Yoga Instructor/Meditation Instructor, Somatic Practitioner, Marketing & Brand Executive, Storyteller and Educator.
Serafina is passionate about the mystical aspects of this life -- continuously seeking the practical magic in everyday life while learning how to cultivate a beautiful and trusting relationship with these amazing bodies we've been gifted. Her mission is to help guide her clients and students into the unknown darkness of the realm of the dreaming in a very human way to discover the empowerment and uniqueness that lies within.
