Releasing Narcissistic Bonds & Re-parenting the Inner Child

A transformative breathwork journey for anyone ready to step out of emotional entanglement and reclaim their power.

This powerful session helps you release the energetic threads created through narcissistic relationships — partners, parents, or anyone who fed on your light while giving little in return. Through guided breath, somatic grounding, and deep subconscious re-patterning, you’ll let go of old survival patterns and call your energy back home.

You’ll reconnect with your inner child, soothe the wounds of not being seen, and rebuild your sense of safety from the inside out.

You’ll learn to feel what real love — calm, consistent, mutual — actually feels like in your body.

And you’ll come away with a new internal compass that draws you toward what supports you, not what drains you.

If you’re ready to release old bonds, reclaim your voice, and feel whole again, this session was designed for you.

The breathwork that will be used during our journey is called the Conscious Connected Breath. Using full deep breaths, we breathe in and out continuously, through the mouth. We do not hold our breath at any point. The pace of the breathing changes, increasing and decreasing in pace, throughout the journey. Our journey is accompanied by music.

This type of breathing is designed to tone down our thinking mind and put us in touch with our wisdom mind. It also drops us into our bodies – where emotions and feelings are stored. With our thinking mind toned down and our wisdom mind and our bodies more front and center, we can look at our lives with greater perspective, grace, and lightness.

To get the most out of your class

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early so that you have time to settle into your space; we will begin promptly at 7 p.m.

  • It’s best to dress in comfortable, loose-fitting clothing

  • Your experience will be more effective and comfortable if you do not eat at least 45 min before class

  • Use the restroom before we begin. There are two available for your use.

  • Optional: Bring a journal and a pen

This breathing style is not advised for any severe physical or mental conditions that are not under control, such as:

  • Cardiovascular disease

  • Detached retina or glaucoma

  • Brain or abdominal aneurysm

  • Epilepsy

  • Schizophrenia, bi-polar

  • Diabetes or thyroid conditions

  • High blood pressure

  • Recent surgeries or major injuries

  • And if you are/think you are pregnant
