If you’ve ever felt lost, disconnected, or overlooked in a group yoga class, private sessions offer the focused support and guidance you deserve.

Whether you're managing chronic pain, insomnia, stress/anxiety, physical injuries, or simply want to deepen your practice, therapeutic yoga provides a customized path toward balance and healing. 

Each session begins with a brief check-in to explore your physical, emotional, or spiritual needs. From there, we co-create a personalized routine using a variety of tools—including gentle movement (asana), breathwork, meditation, sound healing, mantra, and more.

You'll receive one-on-one feedback, hands-on adjustments, and take-home practices you can use to refine your yoga routine, whether at home or in a studio setting. 

Therapeutic yoga is not a substitute for medical care, but a holistic modality that works alongside other treatments to support your overall well-being. Many clients report better sleep, reduced tension, improved mood, and a stronger sense of connection after just a few sessions. This is your space to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with guidance tailored just for you.

Initial session is 75 min, includes a consultation for $135 and then follow up appointments are 60 min for $120.

About Juliana

Juliana is a 500hr yoga instructor and sound healer currently working towards her studies to become a licensed psychotherapist. Juliana was first introduced to the practice in 2012 in her hometown by a close friend. Ever since, she found solace in her practice during significant life transitions. She believes in making space for you to show up fully and exactly as you are. She loves to take a holistic approach to her teachings, curating intentional movement that weaves together the mind, body, breath, and spirit.
