Improving the Carriage of the Head: Discover how a balanced head brings freedom to your whole body

An Awareness Through Movement® Workshop

With Seth Paris
$65-85 Sliding Scale

The way you carry your head influences your posture, breathing, and overall ease. In this workshop, you’ll explore gentle movements that release tension in the neck and shoulders, reawaken your natural alignment, and bring more comfort to turning, standing, and moving through daily life.

No prior experience is needed—just curiosity and comfortable clothing. Most of the class will take place lying on the floor, both on your stomach and back.

You will:

  • Discover how small changes in head carriage can ease strain in the neck, shoulders, and back

  • Learn simple movement strategies to improve posture and breathing

  • Experience greater lightness and comfort in everyday activities
