Let this experience root you into tranquility, opening you to the strength and peace that Mother Earth provides.

Breath+Oneness' Crystal Temple has some of the highest quality and most vibrationally healing crystal bowls on the planet, and these bowls will be utilized along with other sound tools, such as shamanic drums, otherworldly gongs, and a variety of texture instruments invoking the elements of nature to relax and reset your nervous system while a Reiki practitioner moves around the room offering gentle, restorative energy.

With Reiki added to this sound voyage you will go even deeper into relaxation and restoration. Reiki is an energy technique used to reduce pain, stress, and anxiety. It also promotes relaxation all the way to your core, helping you feel more grounded, centered, and empowered in life. You do not have to participate in the reiki if you do not wish.

Please arrive on time.  The doors will be closed after 5 minutes of the start time to ensure that the guests already in place are not disturbed once the sound bath begins.
