Kat Parks Bio
Kat Parks is a certified Face Yoga instructor and longtime yoga teacher who’s been guiding students since 2013 — from her own yoga studio to one of the country’s top-rated wellness resorts. She helps people reconnect with their natural beauty, build facial awareness, and age with more ease and confidence (no needles required).
With a mix of movement, mindfulness, and self-love, Kat teaches fun, accessible techniques that release tension, improve symmetry, and soften how we see ourselves. She leads private sessions, sold-out workshops, and a transformational group experience called Find Your Face Freedom™ — all rooted in the belief that your face is powerful, and you deserve to feel good in it.
