Flowers & Sound - An Evening of Resonance Rose: Ancestral Heart Medicine

with Trista Mallory Glazowski
$35

This month’s sound bath is guided by rose, a plant medicine with roots stretching deep into ancestral memory, myth, and the human imagination. Across cultures and through time, roses have appeared at the heart of sacred stories — from symbols of love and devotion to emblems of divine mystery and resurrection.

In Greek myth, roses were born from the blood of Adonis and became the beloved of Aphrodite; in Christian tradition, rose gardens symbolize purity and miraculous presence. Rose invites us into the tender architecture of the heart, where vulnerability and strength coexist, and where old patterns can soften without dissolving.

This month you’ll work with two rose essences: one created under the final New Moon of 2025, holding the medicine of intention, beginnings, and seeding new possibility; and one distilled under the first Full Moon of 2026, carrying the medicine of illumination, integration, and blossoming clarity.

Flower essences and sound baths both work through the subtle energy body, meeting us beneath the thinking mind. Together, they create a gentle but powerful container that supports the nervous system in shifting toward the parasympathetic state — the place where repair, digestion, integration, and deep healing occur. Sound provides structure and rhythm for the body to soften into, while the flower essence offers a steady vibrational presence that helps the system reorganize from within. Neither forces change; instead, they invite coherence.

During the session, each participant will receive a personal mini flower essence along with a description card. This essence is meant to be taken home and used in the days following the sound bath as a way of holding the vibration found in the sound bath — a small, tangible reminder of the frequency you touched and the qualities you’re cultivating. Many people find this helps them stay connected to the work as they move back into daily life, allowing the effects of the session to unfold gradually and organically.

Trista Mallory Glazowski is the founder of Zabet Glows, a Santa Cruz–based healing practice offering energy work, sound healing, and flower essence support. She is a Reiki Master and student of herbalism, and her work centers on subtle energy and embodied presence, with an emphasis on nervous system support. Trista holds a PhD in Art History, where she was trained to look closely, attend to detail, and understand the symbolic layers that shape human experience. Those same skills now inform her healing work — a different language, built on the same foundation. Her sessions are designed to support relaxation and gentle integration.
