What to Expect:
We’ll begin by taking some time to explore the theme through conversation and self-inquiry, creating space to reflect on your relationship with your body. From there, you’ll be guided through a group hypnosis journey designed to deepen your connection with your physical form — bringing awareness to sensation, attuning to the body’s messages, and offering love, presence, and gratitude for all it holds and does.
You’ll have the opportunity to soften judgment, release tension and resistance, and anchor into a more loving, grounded relationship with your body. We’ll close with a gentle integration, energetic cleansing, and optional space for sharing.

Samira Ghassemian is a spiritual hypnotherapist and student of shamanic medicine in the Shipibo tradition. What began as a quest to heal herself from a lifelong struggle with mental health issues and the lasting effects of trauma developed into a deep commitment to her soul’s mission to assist and guide others along the path of healing, reclamation, and awakening. Working within a trauma-informed lens, she is passionate about bringing together elements from her diverse background of studies, including Reiki, hypnotherapy, somatics, and plant medicine, to create a holistic approach that supports the unique needs of each individual and helps restore balance and harmony of the mind, body, heart, and spirit.
