Step into the liminal space between Spring and Summer — the sacred midpoint where the veil thins, the earth warms, and the fires of creation begin to dance. This Reiki-supported Sonic Journey invites you to awaken your inner spark and honor the blossoming of your creative flame.
Guided by the elemental energies of air and fire, allow yourself to be bathed in frequencies that nourish the Sacral center — the wellspring of passion, vitality, and inspiration. Through the resonant tones of crystal bowls, chimes, drum, and ethereal vocals, we’ll journey through soundscapes designed to dissolve stagnation, stir the senses, and rekindle the wild, playful energy of Beltane.
This is a time to soften, receive, and bask in the radiant warmth of your own inner fire.
The journey will begin with some grounding breaths and a few minutes of guided vocal release followed by an immersion of sound that will gradually build in intensity to catalyze release before drawing you back down into a deep state of restoration and transformation.
With Reiki added to this sound voyage you will go even deeper into relaxation and restoration. Reiki is an energy technique used to reduce pain, stress, and anxiety. It also promotes relaxation all the way to your core, helping you feel more grounded, centered, and empowered in life.
During the sound bath, Joyce Leonard (of Santa Cruz Reiki Works) will offer Reiki by placing or hovering her hands over different parts of your body, helping the energy balance and flow more naturally. You will feel her gentle, compassionate touch encouraging you to go deeper within and reconnect with your True Self.
