In Between Dreams: Join us on the liminal playground

Drop into the liminal space between awake and dreaming, where the pure tones of alchemy crystal singing bowls mixed with ethereal gongs and angelic chimes plus other instruments invite you to play in the astral realms.

During this 60-minute class, participants will embark on a journey of relaxation and healing, suspended in the delicate balance of consciousness. These melodic vibrations are designed to calm the mind, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation, creating a dream-like state where worries drift away.
As the sound waves envelop you, our certified Reiki practitioner will channel energy to balance your chakras and clear any blockages. This gentle, non-invasive practice enhances the healing potential of the sound therapy, harmonizing your energy flow and fostering inner peace.

With Reiki added to this sound voyage you will go even deeper into relaxation and restoration. Reiki is an energy technique used to reduce pain, stress, and anxiety. It also promotes relaxation all the way to your core, helping you feel more grounded, centered, and empowered in life.

During the sound bath, Joyce Leonard, of Santa Cruz Reiki works, will offer Reiki by placing or hovering her hands over different parts of your body, helping the energy balance and flow more naturally. You will feel her gentle, compassionate touch encouraging you to go deeper within and reconnect with your True Self.  You do not have to participate in the reiki if you do not wish.
