This year has been a wonderful year of growth thus far, and that growth is only accelerating during Springtime. I invite you to use this sound bath to acknowledge all the growth you’ve done so far, and give thanks to your loving body by listening to it speak to you during this sacred experience.

Join us as we embark on a sound voyage with Emersen Lorenz and Reiki with Sam Renfroe. Reconnect with your inner sanctum as you are transported through soundscapes ranging from the ancient and primal to the angelic and ethereal.

Emersen will be playing a range of instruments including the didgeridoo, singing bowls, chakapa, gongs, and more. The soundscape will be enriched by his vocals which include throat singing. The experience will be relaxing, transcendent, and nourishing. The soundscape provided is a portal to your inward journey.

With Reiki added to this sound voyage you will go even deeper into relaxation and restoration. Reiki is an energy technique used to reduce pain, stress, and anxiety. It also promotes relaxation all the way to your core, helping you feel more grounded, centered, and empowered in life.

During the sound bath, Sam Renfroe will offer Reiki by placing or hovering her hands over different parts of your body, helping the energy balance and flow more naturally. You will feel her gentle, compassionate touch encouraging you to go deeper within and reconnect with your True Self.
