Join me for my final offering at Breath and Oneness — a deeply intentional evening exploring the space between. In sound, as in life, there is power in the pause. Between the rise and fall of each note lies a sacred stillness, a place where transformation quietly blooms.

Like the whales who have recently gone silent in the ocean’s depths, we too will honor the beauty of silence — the moment between the inhale and exhale, between the last shimmer of a chime and the first breath of a gong. These spaces are not empty; they are alive with potential, integration, and unseen movement.

Through crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and more, we will journey into these transitory thresholds — the still point where sound dissolves and prepares to be reborn. Reiki will flow throughout the session, supporting your body and energy field in softening into these in-between places, allowing rest, renewal, and gentle awakening.

Come ready to listen not just to the music, but to the silence that shapes it.

With Reiki added to this sound voyage you will go even deeper into relaxation and restoration. Reiki is an energy technique used to reduce pain, stress, and anxiety. It also promotes relaxation all the way to your core, helping you feel more grounded, centered, and empowered in life.

During the sound bath, Joyce Leonard of Santa Cruz Reiki Works, will offer Reiki by placing or hovering her hands over different parts of your body, helping the energy balance and flow more naturally. You will feel her gentle, compassionate touch encouraging you to go deeper within and reconnect with your True Self. You will be given the choice to not be touched or to receive the reiki.
