A ceremonial sound journey for reflection and transition
As the season begins its slow turn inward, we gather to honor the harvest—of the earth, of our efforts, of who we've become. This 1-hour sound bath uses crystal bowls and gongs to create a field of resonance where the body can rest, the mind can settle, and the heart can listen.

Sound becomes a threshold: a place to celebrate what has come to fruition and gently prepare for the descent into deeper layers of self. Through vibration, stillness, and deep listening, we open space for insight, integration, and trust in the natural cycles within and around us.

With Reiki added to this sound voyage you will go even deeper into relaxation and restoration. Reiki is an energy technique used to reduce pain, stress, and anxiety. It also promotes relaxation all the way to your core, helping you feel more grounded, centered, and empowered in life.

During the sound bath, Joyce Leonard of Santa Cruz Reiki Works, will offer Reiki by placing or hovering her hands over different parts of your body, helping the energy balance and flow more naturally. You will feel her gentle, compassionate touch encouraging you to go deeper within and reconnect with your True Self.  You will be asked privately if you wish to not be touched or to receive the reiki.
