As the year draws to a close, nature invites us to slow down, reflect, and honor all that has been. This guided journey and sound bath is an invitation to release the idea of “finishing the year strong” and come back to the wisdom of nature, welcoming the shift into winter as a time of sacred rest and stillness.
Through a blend of gentle hypnosis and vibrational sound healing, you’ll be guided through a journey of reflection, honoring the lessons, growth, and gifts this year has brought. You’ll have the opportunity to release what’s no longer serving you and anchor into gratitude, rest, and inner peace to carry you gently into the year ahead.
What to Expect:
We’ll begin by exploring the theme through conversation, introspection, and intention setting before moving into a guided group journey. Supported by the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other sacred instruments, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state with gentle hypnosis techniques to release, renew, and connect with your inner wisdom.
Following the journey, we’ll take time for gentle integration, energetic cleansing, and optional sharing in community.
Comfortable clothing is recommended.
Backjacks, blankets, bolsters, and eye masks will be provided,
Optional items to bring: yoga mat, journal, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable seated and/or laying down.

Bio
Samira Ghassemian is a spiritual hypnotherapist and student of shamanic medicine in the Shipibo tradition.
What began as a quest to heal herself from a lifelong struggle with mental health issues and the lasting effects of trauma developed into a deep commitment to her soul’s mission to assist and guide others along the path of healing, reclamation, and awakening.
Working within a trauma-informed lens, she is passionate about bringing together elements from her diverse background of studies, including Reiki, hypnotherapy, somatics, sound healing, and plant medicine, to create a holistic approach that supports the unique needs of each individual and helps restore balance and harmony of the mind, body, heart, and spirit.
