The darkness of winter invites us on an inward journey. And despite the busyness of the holiday season, we must still make space for ourselves to rest and receive. This sound bath will help you relax into presence, love, and light, allowing you to find harmony in the chaos.

Susan will weave the sounds of gongs, Alchemy crystal bowls, vocal tones, and other elemental sounds into the experience while you rest and receive with the support of Reiki. The sound + energy work creates a foundation for reorganizing your atoms. Let’s give ourselves and our loved ones the best gift this holiday season––a moment to heal, recharge, and connect with ourselves!

With Reiki added to this sound voyage you will go even deeper into relaxation and restoration. Reiki is an energy technique used to reduce pain, stress, and anxiety. It also promotes relaxation all the way to your core, helping you feel more grounded, centered, and empowered in life.

During the sound bath, Joyce Leonard of Santa Cruz Reiki Works, will offer Reiki by placing or hovering her hands over different parts of your body, helping the energy balance and flow more naturally. You will feel her gentle, compassionate touch encouraging you to go deeper within and reconnect with your True Self.  You do not have to participate in the reiki if you do not wish, or you can participate and request no touch.
