Join us for a transformative 60-minute sound bath+ Reiki where the art of letting go becomes your guiding principle. In this class, we invite you to surrender to the present moment, embracing each breath and every sensation as a gift. This curated sound experience offers a safe space to release, deepen your connection with the present, and find solace in the natural flow of life.

You will be gently guided into a state of profound relaxation through the harmonious blend of sound and energy. The session includes the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and a variety of texture instruments, enveloping you in a soundscape that encourages release and acceptance. These melodic vibrations serve as a nurturing backdrop, inviting you to surrender to the moment and allow the healing sounds to wash over you.

As the sound bath unfolds, our experienced Reiki practitioner will channel energy to support your journey of surrender. This gentle practice helps clear energetic blockages, fostering a deep sense of peace and allowing you to effortlessly let go of resistance.

With Reiki added to this sound voyage you will go even deeper into relaxation and restoration. Reiki is an energy technique used to reduce pain, stress, and anxiety. It also promotes relaxation all the way to your core, helping you feel more grounded, centered, and empowered in life.

During the sound bath, Joyce Leonard, of Santa Cruz Reiki Works will offer Reiki by placing or hovering her hands over different parts of your body, helping the energy balance and flow more naturally. You will feel her gentle, compassionate touch encouraging you to go deeper within and reconnect with your True Self.  You do not have to participate in the reiki if you do not wish.

Together, sound and Reiki create a sanctuary where you can explore the beauty of surrendering to the here and now.
